Vision: Patrick Lynch Elementary supports the growth of the whole child through an integrated curriculum. Students gain a love of learning through differentiated, engaging, and relevant learning experiences which reflect students’ needs. Mission: We inspire all students to be academically and socially successful within a caring community.
Title I: Title I, part A of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) provides financial assistance to districts and schools who serve a larger population of children from families experiencing poverty. By providing additional resources, the program is intended to ensure that all students have access to academically enriching curriculum and meet the state’s challenging academic standards.
Oregon School Districts determine which schools to fund with Title I-A, according to specific requirements in ESSA. More information can be found in the Rank and Serve Brief.

As outlined in the ESSA, Title I-A funded schools may implement one of two approaches: 1) a Schoolwide Program (SWP) or 2) a Targeted Assistance Program (TAS). These approaches specify how a school receiving Title I-A funds can support students meeting the standards.
Free Breakfast and Lunch: The Centennial School District has once again been approved for the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the 2025-26 School Year. This will be available to ALL schools participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs.

Oregon At-A-Glance
The Oregon Department of Education (ODE) produces yearly At-A-Glance School and District Profiles for schools and districts. These reports, called for by the 1999 Oregon State legislature and the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) which is the most recent reauthorization of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), provide educators an opportunity to communicate directly with parents and community members about their schools and district.
